  • Sole Reference Point: The initial count provided at the time of order processing shall be considered the sole reference point for the services requested. My Boost Pal will not recognize or address discrepancies based on any subsequent counts or metrics provided by third parties or observed by the Customer.
  • Exclusion of Liability for Pre-Order Losses: My Boost Pal is not responsible for, nor will it compensate for, any losses or decreases in social media metrics that occur prior to the processing of your order. This includes services lost or removed that were acquired from other websites or vendors.
  • No Appeals on Initial Count: Acceptance of these terms and conditions at the time of placing your order includes your agreement to the initial count without the right to appeal. This count is definitive for the purpose of service delivery.
  • Dispute Resolution and Evidence Handling:
    • In the event of a dispute related to service delivery, if the Customer removes or deletes the video, photo, profile, page, etc., such action will render the dispute invalid. The removal of content serves to eliminate evidence crucial for resolving delivery disputes.
    • My Boost Pal will not entertain disputes or claims for losses that occurred before our service provision, including losses stemming from services purchased from other sites. It is the Customer’s responsibility to address such issues with the respective service providers.
  • Acknowledgment of Exclusive Service Provision: By placing an order with My Boost Pal, you acknowledge that you have not and will not engage in purchasing similar services from other providers for the content in question during our service delivery period. Concurrent services from multiple providers can lead to confusion and mixed results, complicating the delivery and effectiveness of our services.

Order Processing and Payment Policy

      • Offer an alternative service of equivalent quality and price, subject to the Customer’s acceptance.
  • Cancellation and Refunds for Unavailable Services: Should the Customer choose to cancel their order due to service unavailability, a full refund for the unavailable services will be issued no later than thirty (30) days from the initial payment.

  • Non-Delivery Claims: Should there be delays beyond the normal processing times, customers are encouraged to contact My Boost Pal for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the order date.
  • Product Not as Described: Any claim that a service is not as described must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date, along with clear evidence. Complaints based purely on the customer’s unmet expectations or desires will not be considered.

Cancellation, Replacement, and Refund Policy

The account must remain public to ensure delivery; private settings will be considered as order fulfillment. Repeated deletion of followers will lead to marking the order as completed with no further replacements.
